What you can do right now to have a successful urban vegetable garden!
This workshop will focus on the basics of what one could do in right now to have a successful vegetable garden. This workshop will provide techniques and ideas for smaller urban gardening situations, such as balconies and smaller backyards. Intensive organic growing methods will be discussed that the novice gardener can use and adapt to their particular situations. Workshop presenter - yet to be confirmed.
Please go to our facebook site, BCGEU Cool Communities, and sign on [1]. All the materials from the workshops are posted there as well as interesting articles, links videos and event notices. Please feel free to upload items you think will be of interest. We'll be interested to see what you're growing, recycling, solarizing, show us your recipes...anything and everything you are doing to help fight global warming and help us all get back to being part of the natural world around us!
